Standard Tinsmith & Roofer Supply Corp. was established in 1914 by Louis Goldberg. We started as a shop on the Lower east side of Manhattan that manufacture and sell metal products. As the generations of ownership changed, we changed our style of business as well. Today we work under the ownership of Scott Fishkind, Great Great grandson of Louis, 4th generation of family lineage in the metal business.

We are popular for producing the most reliable metal products. We are ready to go to any extreme when it comes to business because there is no “no” or “can’t” at Standard Tinsmith. This has brought us a client base that spreads across many companies in construction business which includes architects, build firms and design firms restaurants, bars and retail outfits. We now offer duct work, with the idea of bringing the old design back by integrating it with a new design and creating energy-efficient retro-industrial duct work that will add a new type of cosmetic beauty to your building. Our ceiling products are used in restaurants, café, bar, new home contraction, nightclubs, DIY Chains and others.

Our tin ceilings are made from TFS or tin-free-steel unlike other companies, who use plain tin sheets. These are very costly and are of no use as most of them pain over it.

We are an experienced company that is very much committed to your success. We have different gauges of sheets and coil made up of different type of metals. We also have full stocking line of HVAC products and installation material. Our reputation was built by the variety, speed and efficiency of our product. We are committed to keeping it alive and provide materials that will give 100% satisfaction to our clients.
